Contact Management
Core to the Practice Engine is the common database of contacts. The philosophy that "all clients are contacts, not all contacts are clients" is central to the design. Contacts are companies, individuals, staff members, associates, etc., all of whom are only entered on the system once.

In addition to the wealth of standard information held against a client or contact, each firm can hold its own defined marketing and information data. Contacts are linked to one another where appropriate, making a true contact relationship system.

Contact events are used to track interfaces with contacts, for logging and tracking purposes.
