Chapman agrees. The time, he said, is now.

“The advice I would give is that although it’s important to have a good plan in mind, you shouldn’t sit around and wait for the ‘perfect time,’ because it’s never going to come,” said Chapman. “You just have to jump right into it.

“The systems and procedures we use now as a paperless office are actually very similar to what we had before,” he said. “We’ve simply made the process paper-free.”
